Principle- Prayer/Practice

Principle Prayer/Principle in Practice (Victoria Lowe)

Creator of my life and my purpose, I pray for Your hand to guide my days.  I explore my life and realize how faithful You are, even when my eyes were set on things of the world.  Even when I was reaching for any and every success that appeared before me instead of realizing the success You planned for me.  Now I am ready to pare away the distractions and sins and desires that the devil applauds but that are only keeping me away from my purpose.  How did I ever question my worth, Lord?  I cannot wait to stand tall and walk with faith into what lies ahead.  Thank You for knowing me so intimately that You created this miracle of life just for me.  Amen

Principle in Practice
Take a look at your current circumstances.  Is God trying to nudge you out of your comfort zone?  Think of a time He has directed you in a new direction, you resisted, and it brought you closer to your purpose.
Examine your life, past and present, to discover your natural abilities and to turn your focus on your purpose.
Choose three of your strengths and decide how to use each one specifically for good.
Are you on or off track?  Ask God to guide your heart to move forward.
Reclaim the joy of your salvation and renew your passion for God’s purpose in your life.  Find a way to mark this decision.  Write up a covenant agreement between you and God.  Sing praises.  Tell your friends or mentors so you have accountability.  Or get rid of something in your life that has hindered your belief in your purpose.
